After working for Multi-National Companies as a Consultant for nearly a decade. Adnan understood the importance of Data Visualization and the benefits it brings to them. He realized that small and medium enterprises can use this to enhance their business. But they are not able to do so because of a lack of knowledge and resource. Thus, Perfview Management Consulting was born in late 2018 to address this problem.
Perfview Management Consulting understands that small and medium enterprise operates on a thin margin. So, either developing the infrastructure or hiring a resource to support Data Visualization is not feasible. Additionally, hiring a third-party vendor comes with its own set of problems. Because, if you do not see the benefit you cannot terminate the contract easily.
Perfview Management Consulting believes in the philosophy of ‘do it yourself ‘. We encourage and train the client to maintain their visualization capabilities by themselves. We end the contract as soon as we mutually agree that the client’s internal resources are well-equipped in carrying out maintenance and updating activities.
